WARRANTY

HandyWave, the seller, warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of one year from date of shipment. HandyWave reserves the right and option to refund the purchase price in lieu of repair or replacement upon evaluation of the returned original part. Modification, misuse, attempted repair by others, improper installation or operation shall render this guarantee null and void. HandyWave makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a part or purpose.

REPAIR SERVICE

The defective goods under warranty will be repaired or replaced by HandyWave. Prior to returning goods, you must contact HandyWave for a Return Authorization number.
When shipping in goods for repair service, be sure to write on your shipping invoice, "Goods with no commercial value. Goods returned for repair service", to reduce the custom charges.
You will be responsible for freight charges when sending the goods to HandyWave, and HandyWave will be responsible for the return freight charges back to you. The goods found defective within 30 days of shipment will be treated as Dead on Arrival, and HandyWave will cover round trip freight charges for the goods.
